CUSTOMIZABLE THICKNESS, WIDTH, & LENGTH – Our upholstery foam mattress is available in thicknesses ranging from 2 to 12 inches, widths from 18 to 84 inches, and lengths from 48 to 96 inches, all in 1-inch increments. Color of foam might vary. Slight size discrepancies (0.25 to 3 inch) may occur. Color of the foam may varry. Choose from Quilted or Navy Water-Resistant Zippered Cover for a tailored fit.
POLYURETHANE FOAM SUPPORT – Made from high-quality polyurethane, our cushion foam provides lasting support and retains its shape. Choose Mid Firm for a softer feel or Firm for more support. An optional Gel Memory Foam layer can be added for cooling comfort, available in 1, 2, or 3 inches. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand after unpacking.
FIRMNESS & COVER OPTIONS – High-density foam is firm, mid-density is softer, offering flexibility for comfort needs. Select your ideal firmness with Mid Firm (1.8, 35LB) or Firm (1.8, 46LB). Complete your setup with a Quilted or Navy Water-Resistant Zippered Cover, perfect for cushions, mattresses, and upholstery applications.
CUSTOMIZATION INSTRUCTIONS – When placing your order, please select your desired thickness, length, & width. Additionally, you can choose the foam firmness & cover type to suit your needs. Note that foam color may vary. Both dimensions and material selections affect the cost, ensuring the perfect fit for foam cushions and other applications.
