I think these weights are really good for therapeutic exercises.

I use these weights to perform therapeutic exercises for my wrist, and the ability to adjust the weights as I've started performing therapeutic exercises has been very helpful for me and my strength and therapeutic exercises.

The grip of the weights already fit my hand really well, but the use of work-out gloves in conjunction with the weights allow for an even more comfortable grip.

These weights serve their purpose really well, and I'd recommend these pairs of weights to others who are interested in instruments for therapeutic exercises.
